  • Do I have to show my face on my social media?

    For the best results, we highly recommend showing yourself and your team on camera as much as possible. People are on social media to connect with people, not products. The more a business shows people and their authentic selves, the more users want to follow them. 


    If you’re camera-shy, our social media strategists are happy to help you build confidence on camera. We also send you a shot list ahead of time so you can prepare.


  • Will you create social media profiles if I don't have any?

    Absolutely! If you don’t have social media profiles set up yet or simply don’t have the time to create them we can take care of it for you. During the consultation process, we’ll determine which platforms are the best fit for your business and ensure each profile is properly set up and aligned with your brand.

  • What does social media management include?

    Great question! We offer three different packages but all of them include content shoots, weekly posts, community management, and monthly meetings to report on analytics! 

  • Do I have to approve every post before it goes live?

    For the first 2-3 months, we would love to have your involvement in approving content before it goes live! This ensures that we understand your business, brand voice, and overall strategy. After the 2-3 month mark, you can still approve content or go hands-free! 

  • How do you stay up to date with social media trends and algorithm changes?

    We have a full team that consistently tracks trends and algorithm changes! If anything comes up that needs your involvement, we'll be the first to let you know when we need to pivot and explain the why behind everything. Plus, our social media strategists are chronically online!
